Service Description
This retreat is all about making new friends, sharing good conversations, and relaxing in a warm and welcoming space. We’ll spend time exploring the outdoors, including walks around the loch, enjoying art workshops, chatting by the fire, and simply enjoying each other’s company away from the busy everyday. If you’re looking for a friendly, laid-back break with great people and beautiful scenery, this is the perfect chance to unwind, get creative, and build new connections.
Cancellation Policy
This retreat is a treat agreed to by friends, designed to create a warm, welcoming space for women to connect. Deposit & Payment A 50% deposit is required to secure your place. This deposit is non-refundable, unless cancelled within 48 hours of booking. The remaining 50% is due by October 14, 2025. You are welcome to pay earlier if preferred. Cancellations & Refunds If you cancel before October 4, 2025 (20 days before the retreat), any second payment you have made will be refunded. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable. The deposit is non-refundable in all cases except within 48 hours of booking. You may transfer your place to someone else if requested at least 14 days in advance. You must request a cancellation by email to girlhoodguild@gmail.com Dietary Requirements Meals will be vegetarian, gluten-free and nut-free. We are unable to accommodate other dietary needs. Arrival & Accessibility Full details will be shared after booking. Please note the venue is not wheelchair accessible. We aim to find more accessible spaces for future retreats. Liability Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. The Girlhood Guild (Arantzazu Asali Infante) is not liable for loss, damage or injury during the retreat. Community Expectations All guests are expected to treat each other with kindness, respect and care. This includes respecting privacy, boundaries and the shared space. Alcohol may be consumed mindfully, but disruptive behaviour or use of illegal drugs is not permitted. Any damage to the venue is the responsibility of the individual. Breaking these guidelines may result in being asked to leave the retreat and being excluded from future Girlhood Guild events.
