Inclusivity Statement

At The Girlhood Guild, we are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where all women are valued, respected, and empowered. We celebrate diversity in all its forms, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, ability, religion, and socioeconomic status. We are a women-centred service based on self-identification; however, we welcome non-binary individuals to our space based on girlhood intersecting with the non-binary experience.

 

We believe that embracing diversity enriches our community and enables us to better fulfil our mission of celebrating women's relationships, joy, and knowledge development. We strive to create spaces and experiences that are accessible, welcoming, and affirming for all individuals.

 

We are dedicated to promoting equity and justice in everything we do, both internally within our organisation and externally in our interactions with our community and stakeholders. We actively seek out and amplify voices that have historically been marginalised or underrepresented.
